    东北军辉路桥集团于2004年4月中标瓦房店城八线路基二标段。于4月21日进入工地，经过16个月的奋战于2005年8月份工程主体工程基本完成。并于2005年10月末交工验收。原中标价格3174万元，变更线路核定标价2845万元，设计变更及增加预算1180万元，初步结算4025万元。利润估算在400万元左右。现将工程做一下简单总结。
一， 瓦房店城八公路第二合同段的基本概况。
（一）项目位置
  城八公路（瓦房店至长兴岛段）第二合同段东起瓦房店市的双房身，途经大李屯、老田沟、石屯和大四川，西至城八公路与沈大高速公路交叉跨线桥。
（二） 地形与地质情况
  本项目位于辽宁省中部沿海地区。区域内地貌形态属于平原微丘区，路线所经地区以旱田、荒山,河道为主。
  该地区工程地质条件比较简单，上部覆盖为亚粘土，下为碎石土，层厚一般为2-3米，局部路段较厚。基岩进埋深较浅，有的路段直接出露。下伏基岩为沉积岩，岩质以泥质砂岩、泥岩为主。
