§1  工程概况

一、 工程布置
高楼渡槽,位于高楼乡高三村至下泽村之间,自进口至出口,原设计全长1281.41M,后因进出口地质原因,直峰架隧洞出口退后20M和下泽隧洞进口退后4M进洞,并将总干1+894.86至总干1+914.86和3+190.22至3+200改为明洞,因此全线长改为1295.36,自总干1+894.86至总干3+190.22。后因政策原因,将总干2+737.42—2+797.12段改为高楼倒虹吸,因此高楼渡槽实际全长为1235.66M。其进口与直峰架隧洞相接,出口与下泽隧洞相连,其中明洞段长20M,进口连接段长26.56M,槽身段长1233.8M(含59.7M长的高楼倒虹吸),出口段长15M。渡槽设计流量36M3/S,加大流量39M3/S,坡降1/1500。进口槽身底高程16.44M,出口槽身底高程15.62M。
二、 槽身结构
槽身由59节槽身、59条仲缩缝和59节槽身盖板组成。槽身采用400#预应力砼简支梁结构,跨度19.9M。槽型为有拉杆加肋矩形槽,宽5.1M,高4.8M,边墙厚30CM,底板厚25CM,肋宽30CM,肋高70CM。预应力采用后张法施工,每侧边墙底部设一根10Φj15.24的270K级钢绞线束,其标准强度σyb=1860Mpa,锚下控制应力σkb=1209Mpa,张拉端采用XM-10锚具固定,固定端采用轧花锚固,525#水泥灌浆封孔。
三、 支承结构
