§1  工 程 概 况

     高楼公路桥,设在高楼渡槽首部,位于高楼渡槽0#线至1#线之间,架立于高楼渡槽1#槽身之上,是高楼渡槽为解决省道57线(青岱线)跨越槽身而设置的一个小型附属桥梁工程。高楼公路桥按汽--20、挂—100,桥面净宽8.60M设计。桥宽为9M,桥长为12M,采用装配式钢筋砼空心桥面板,两侧设钢筋混凝土防撞栏杆,桥面顶高程为22.068M,与原公路以5%纵坡相连接,桥两侧填筑路面每边各长50M,宽9M,靠高楼乡政府侧路面浇20CM厚250#砼,靠大京镇侧路面铺18CM厚热沥青拌碎石。桥台采用钻孔桩双柱式钢筋砼结构,桩径D=1.0M,桩长6.465-15.46M,桩体型式为端承桩,桩尖均伸入强风化下限基岩面50CM以上。

 

§2  施工方案简述
一、 地基开挖与基础工程
    灌注桩施工共分四个过程:钻孔、清孔、钢筋笼制作安装、浇灌水下砼。
    其一,钻孔,共分六个步骤。
(1)、准备工作;
    ⑵、钢护筒埋设;
§ 1 Engineering Overview

§ 2 Construction program brief
1, foundation excavation and foundation engineering
    Pile is divided into four processes: drilling, clean hole, reinforcement cage fabrication and installation, irrigation underwater concrete.
    First, drilling, consists of six steps.
(1), preparatory work;
