高楼公路桥单位工程施工总结报告.doc

§1  工 程 概 况

     高楼公路桥，设在高楼渡槽首部，位于高楼渡槽０#线至１#线之间，架立于高楼渡槽１#槽身之上，是高楼渡槽为解决省道57线（青岱线）跨越槽身而设置的一个小型附属桥梁工程。高楼公路桥按汽--20、挂—100，桥面净宽8.60Ｍ设计。桥宽为9M，桥长为12M，采用装配式钢筋砼空心桥面板，两侧设钢筋混凝土防撞栏杆，桥面顶高程为22.068M，与原公路以5%纵坡相连接，桥两侧填筑路面每边各长50M，宽9M，靠高楼乡政府侧路面浇20CM厚250#砼，靠大京镇侧路面铺18CM厚热沥青拌碎石。桥台采用钻孔桩双柱式钢筋砼结构，桩径D=1.0M，桩长6.465－15.46Ｍ，桩体型式为端承桩，桩尖均伸入强风化下限基岩面50CM以上。

§2  施工方案简述
一、 地基开挖与基础工程
    灌注桩施工共分四个过程：钻孔、清孔、钢筋笼制作安装、浇灌水下砼。
    其一，钻孔，共分六个步骤。

§ 2 Construction program brief
1, foundation excavation and foundation engineering
    Pile is divided into four processes: drilling, clean hole, reinforcement cage fabrication and installation, irrigation underwater concrete.
