临纬二路工程竣工报告

临纬二路工程从2004年3月10日开工以来，在业主、设计、质监、监理等多方面的协调配合指导下，于2004年11月5日顺利竣工，在此对给临纬二路工程给予支持和帮助的所有单位及领导和有关方面表示衷心的感谢，下面就临纬二路工程的施工情况作简要汇报。
一、 工程概况
临纬二路工程由舟山市临城新区开发建设有限公司开发建设，舟山市建筑规划设计院设计，浙江万事达建设工程管理有限公司监理。本工程位于临城新区（世纪大道—临经三路），总长660米。该道路工程分A、B两段，A段总长440米，西起临长路（K0+000），东至临经三路（K0+440）。B段总长220米，西起临经三路（K0+000），东至世纪大道（K0+220），道路标准红线宽均为30米。施工内容包括机动车道、非机动车道、桥梁、雨污水管线等。
（1）道路工程
本工程按城市次干道（Ⅱ级）标准设计，道路总宽为30米，其中A段路幅断面形式为：南侧1.5米人行道+3.5米非机动车道+3米绿化带+14.5米主车道+3米绿化带+3.5米非机动车道+北侧1.25米绿化带。 B段路幅断面形式为：南侧1.5人行道+3.5米非机动车道+3米绿化带+14.5米主车道+3米绿化带+3.5米非机动车道+1.25米绿化带。
路面结构：15cm沥青混凝土路面，35cm水泥碎石稳定基层，塘渣分层回填压实，原土压实。
（2）桥梁工程
桥中心桩号为K0+027.35，桥宽同道路标准宽度为30米。
上部结构：桥为双跨24米，中间设置绿化带,沥青砼面层。
下部结构：Ф1200钻孔灌注桩共24根。
（3）排水工程
本工程排水采用雨污水分流式。雨水管位置设
