施工技术总结
本标段工程为深圳市内环路城市主干道第三标段,全长1083.75m。位于鹤洲开发区内,北接洲石公路收费站,南通107国道。本标段起止桩号为K1+000~K2+083.75。本标段平园曲线两处,JD2、JD3折线一处、竖曲线4处、路口9个(其中5个小路口)。本标段路基宽度为80m,为城市主干道,设计速度为60公里/小时,双向6车道。其中车行道12.25m(单侧)、辅道8m(单侧)、人行道5m(单侧)、中央绿化带宽6m,主、辅道隔离带5m(单侧)、路边绿化带6~7.5m(单侧),路面结构层主车道自上而下为25cmC35水泥砼、20cm6%水泥稳定石粉渣、20cm4%水泥稳定石粉渣,辅道路面结构自上而下为22cmC30水泥砼、20cm6%水泥稳定石粉渣,人行道结构自上而下为6cmC25预制水泥砼彩色面砖、2cm1:3水泥砂浆、15cm4%水泥稳定石粉渣。本标段工程为市政道路,沿整条道路走向右侧布设有沿路排水箱涵,道路南侧的人行道下,布设有电力通道(即电缆沟),道路两侧人行道下布设有电信通道。本段给水管线沿道路走向两侧布设,排水管线均沿道路走向两侧布设,雨水每间隔一段距离接入沿路布设的箱涵中。
一、路基工程
K1+000~K1+110由于地处低洼处,积水严重,在路基设计标高内淤泥近两木厚,经设计变更我们对该段路基进行了块石换填处理。使该段路基能够满足规范要求。K1+300~K1+800段在路基标高内多为近年堆放土、压实度、弯沉值满足不了规范要求。因此在路床下1.5m进行翻挖并分层碾压处理,确保路基压实度及路床弯沉值满足规范要求。本标段大多为挖方地段,在
