施工技术总结

本标段工程为深圳市内环路城市主干道第三标段，全长1083.75m。位于鹤洲开发区内，北接洲石公路收费站，南通107国道。本标段起止桩号为K1+000～K2+083.75。本标段平园曲线两处，JD2、JD3折线一处、竖曲线4处、路口9个（其中5个小路口）。本标段路基宽度为80m，为城市主干道，设计速度为60公里/小时，双向6车道。其中车行道12.25m（单侧）、辅道8m（单侧）、人行道5m（单侧）、中央绿化带宽6m，主、辅道隔离带5m（单侧）、路边绿化带6～7.5m（单侧），路面结构层主车道自上而下为25cmC35水泥砼、20cm6%水泥稳定石粉渣、20cm4%水泥稳定石粉渣，辅道路面结构自上而下为22cmC30水泥砼、20cm6%水泥稳定石粉渣，人行道结构自上而下为6cmC25预制水泥砼彩色面砖、2cm1:3水泥砂浆、15cm4%水泥稳定石粉渣。本标段工程为市政道路，沿整条道路走向右侧布设有沿路排水箱涵，道路南侧的人行道下，布设有电力通道（即电缆沟），道路两侧人行道下布设有电信通道。本段给水管线沿道路走向两侧布设，排水管线均沿道路走向两侧布设，雨水每间隔一段距离接入沿路布设的箱涵中。

一、路基工程
K1+000～K1+110由于地处低洼处，积水严重，在路基设计标高内淤泥近两木厚，经设计变更我们对该段路基进行了块石换填处理。使该段路基能够满足规范要求。K1+300～K1+800段在路基标高内多为近年堆放土、压实度、弯沉值满足不了规范要求。因此在路床下1.5m进行翻挖并分层碾压处理，确保路基压实度及路床弯沉值满足规范要求。本标段大多为挖方地段，在
