深圳市田园海上风光旅游区游览步道区工程经过我司近十个月努力奋战，已胜利竣工。在此感谢建设单位、监理单位和其它各相关质监单位的大力支持与配合。
一、工程概况
本工程地处沙井镇民主村田园路以北，毗邻农耕文明馆展区，总建筑面积992.3㎡，基中服务建筑263.3㎡，其它729㎡。本工程由西向东依次为服务建筑、休息廊、公厕，三者已由田园路为进口的进化大道连接，西侧布置雕塑、花园、茶园等景点。其中，服务建筑共一层，为本工程设计主体构造为钢体蓬架结构。由平面间距尺寸为4.5m×4.5m钢柱拉张拉膜组合而成，共计七座，全部采用轻质泰柏板墙体，复合压型钢板屋面结构，服务建筑为三类防雷建筑场，休息廊位于本区中部靠东，弧形平面，内弧平径249m，全部木质结构，螺栓连接，公厕位于东侧进化大道口。管线中，污水管径200mm，与田园路市政污水管接通。雨水管径有d300、d400、d500三种，并设φ100砖砌圆形雨水检查井和单雨水口，与市政雨水管连通。给水管室外埋深0.7m，室内为明装，由田园路市政给水管引入。绿化浇灌给水管采用PVC管引自补水管，并在相应位置设室外洒水栓，埋
