本公路桥位于原川龙大道上,因武汉北编组站建设,需要抬高路面高程改路为桥,上跨该编组站诸条铁路线路,在此处的原路面宽度为34m,路面组成为非机动车道(3m)+绿化带(6m)+行车道(16m)+绿化带(6m)+非机动车道(3m)。在K10+700以前一段已经建成,其中K10+600.40以前部分已经建成水泥路面,K10+600~K10+700为填土路基,K10+700 以后部分以前设计为上跨既有京广铁路的桥梁,但搁置未建。本次结合武汉北编组站将原有路面抬高,改成一座桥梁,即K10+267.44 川龙大道1#桥。
该桥起点为K10+226.90,终点为K10+307.98,桥全长81.08米,为(20+35+20)米跨预应力混凝土简支板、箱梁桥,20米为空心板梁,35米为箱梁。下部结构为桩柱墩,桥台为桩柱台,基础为桩基础,共有φ1.2米桩12根,φ1.6米桩8根,桩底置于强风化
