××高速公路是迄今为止××省投资规模最大、工程最为艰巨、地质最为复杂、建设周期最长的高速公路工程,也是目前全国建设难度最大的高速公路项目之一。具有地形地貌特殊、地质条件复杂等特点,同时深路堑边坡、高填石路堤和高边坡问题也很突出,隧道弃渣和开山弃渣较多,生态环保要求高,工程技术和质量控制难度大。针对山区高速公路及本工程项目施工特点,特制定本办法。
1 一般规定
1.1 场地清理
