混凝土路面的常见裂缝与防治措施
水泥混凝土路面经常出现裂缝,有些路面还是使用高品质的商品混凝土之后出现了裂缝 ,不光外观难看,甚至影响使用性能,不得不把混凝土板块打掉重来,造成不必要的材料浪费和经济损失,还会引发商品混凝土供应企业与施工企业之间的经济纠纷。因此,本文试图就混凝土路面常见的几种裂缝进行分析、找出原因、设法防治。
1、龟 裂
1.1 成 因
混凝土路面龟裂亦称塑性收缩裂缝,是指混凝土浇注后仍处于塑性状态时,由于表面水分蒸发过快而产生的裂缝。这类裂缝缝隙多在表面出现,形成不规则长短宽窄不一,呈龟裂状,肉眼可见,深度一般不超过50mm,这种裂缝对结构性能影响不大,但外观难看。产生的原因 主要是混凝土浇注完毕后表面没有及时覆盖,特别是在炎热或大风天气混凝土表面水分蒸发过快,或者是被基础吸水过快等原因,造成混凝土产生急剧收缩,此时混凝土强度趋近于零 ,不能抵抗这种变形应力而导致开裂。商品混凝土由于为了满足可泵性、流动性,出机时混凝土的塌落度和砂率比普通混凝土大很多,如道路混凝土施工塌落度规范为2.5cm,实际往
