工程地处我国华东钱塘江的支流上,为一发电为主兼顾灌溉,防洪的水利枢纽工程。在坝型比较阶段,比较了砼重力坝和粘土心墙砂壳坝两个方案。后者的枢纽布置如图1-1所示,坝高81m,坝顶长度370m,设计正常高水位为100m,校核洪水位为102m,大坝典型断面见图II-II。大坝属于二级建筑物。
溢洪道布置在坝址一公里的左岸凹口处(图中未示),为开敞正槽式,此顶高程为92m,总宽度64m,出口采用差动式鼻坎挑流效能。
引水式电站布置在右岸,引水洞长525m,直径7m,厂房安装50MW机组两台。
Project is located on a tributary of the Qiantang River in East China, mainly for irrigation and power generation, flood control water control project. Spillway at the dam site, one kilometer layout of the left bank of the mouth concave (not shown), is slotted to open, the roof height is 92m, the total width of 64m, export using differential flip bucket performance.
Power stations are deployed in the right bank diversion tunnel length 525m, diameter of 7m, factory installed two 50MW units.
