高强预应力混凝土管桩液压法施工

    上世纪90年代以来,在上海、江苏沿海滩涂和软土地区,高强度预应力混凝土管桩已被推广应用于房屋建筑和桥梁、码头等工程中。软土地基广泛采用预制桩基础,用柴油锤击入桩时噪声大且拌有浓烟油污,尤其在市区和居民区旁的施工中,有悖于环境和文明施工要求。以液压法压入式施工桩工艺替代锤击,既无噪声也对环境无任何污染,具有广泛的应用前景。本文以上海浦东国际机场二期工程北灯光站、昆山淀山湖大自然国际俱乐部工程的桩基工程为例,介绍高强度预应力混凝土管桩的施工方法、设计、施工中应注意的事项及适用条件以及桩的质量控制
    一、工程概况
  上海浦东国际机场二期工程北灯光站工程框架结构1层,高度6.6m。位于上海市浦东机场海滨地带,地质状况:地面以下2.5-3.5m为机械吹填海砂层,地表平坦,砂层往下为淤泥层,属冲刷和淤泥环境沉积类型。第四纪软土厚度较大,特别是第二层的淤泥层,厚度达7.5-11.2m,层面为极具特色的滨海
Prestressed concrete pipe hydraulic construction method
