A. 施工方法
a.   恢复中线,放出路段边线桩,清理平整施工段地基表面。做好排水系统,保证排水通道的畅通。

c. 将沉管机就位,套管对准桩孔,提起芯管从外围或路基二侧向路中间顺序进行沉管。
d. 按设计填料量填筑碎石,锤击下沉至设计深度。
e. 提起芯管,填注碎石英钟,锤击套管芯管,将碎石挤出套管,提起套管芯管。
f. 两次填筑碎石,锤击芯管,使碎石挤实,直至形成碎石桩柱。
g. 挤实碎石桩的质量以填料量和密实电流控制。直径为0.5m的碎石桩的碎石置换量约0.224m3,锤击挤密的密实电流控制在40——50A。施工时应作好记录,使桩身密实度达到设计要求。
h. 施工路段打桩结束后,平整桩顶及周围地面,除去浮土压实,再铺筑25cm碎石垫层压实。

h. After the construction of roads piling, pile top and the surrounding ground level, remove the surface dust compaction, and then paving 25cm compacted hardcore.
