一、《江苏省建筑工程单位估价表》（以下简称本估价表），是为编制省综合预算定额各综合项目基价的依据。该基价作为我省各市统一编制标底、标书和办理竣工结算的依据，并在此基础上计取间接费。本估价表适用于我省范围内一般工业与民用建筑的新建、扩建、改建工程。
二、本估价表编制依据：
    1、《江苏省建筑工程预算定额》（一九八三年）；
    2、《全国统一建筑工程基础定额》（GJD-101-95）；
    3、《建筑安装工程劳动定额》LD/T72-94（DE），《建筑装饰工程劳动定额》LD/T73-94（DE）；
    4、南京市、部分无锡市二０００年一季度建筑工程材料预算价格。
三、本估价表的作用：
    1、编制江苏省建筑工程综合预算定额、估价表与综合定额配套之用；
    2、总、分包单位或建设单位单项发包编制工程预算和办理竣工结算之用；
    3、施工企业内部核算之参考。
四、本估价表由十四章及八个附录组成。其中：塔吊、施工电梯基础、塔吊电梯与建筑物连接件取定表供编制标底及标书报价之用，竣工结算时按其规定可作部分调整。
五、本估价表是按在正常的施工条件下，结合我省颁发的地方标准《江苏省建筑安装工程施工技术操作规程》（DB32）、现行的施工及验收规范和我省颁发的部分建筑构、配件通用图之作法进行编制的。
六、本估价表中规定的工作内容，均包括完成该项目过程的全部工序以及施工过程中所需的人工、材料、
