立契约书人x x x（以下简称甲方），x x x（以下简称乙方），兹因合作兴建房屋事宜，经双方协议，同意订定各条款如下：
    第一条 甲方所有坐落x x x x地号土地一笔，如附图所示，约x x平方米。愿提供与乙方合作兴建房屋。
    第二条 本约甲方所提供的土地双方协议同意兴建四层钢筋混凝土造和集合住宅，除依法应设置的公私道路用地外，其余可建土地，乙方应依法合理充分利用。

    第六条 本约兴建房屋事宜，均依现行建筑法规办理，若法规变更而受限制时，则依变更后的法规办理。
    第七条 凡畸零地及水利地的合并承买等事宜，均由甲方备齐所需证件并由乙方负责办理。惟
