标准化示范工地验收内容及注意事项.doc

自从2005年起青岛市推广施工现场标准化管理以来，集团公司先后有5个项目部参加了标准化示范工地的创建工作，并且均顺利通过了验收，标准化验收内容主要分6部分，主要涉及文明施工、安全管理、质量管理、队伍管理、工程监理、一票否决等。为以后顺利的通过标准化示范工地的验收，提高公司施工现场标准化管理的水平，现将有关标准化示范工地创建及验收应注意的问题汇总如下：
质量管理：
1、门窗洞口用轻体砌块砌筑，未加混凝土块或实心砖。导致门窗固定不牢。
2、建材产品进场分类台帐未注明进场数量，不同建材产品没有分类登记。
3、砼试块试压强度值离散性大，强度不稳定。试块数量不足。
4、创标准化示范工地方案缺质量方面的控制措施。
5、检查水泥相关资料、合格证、3天和28天的补强报告。
6、施工组织设计中无质量保证体系框架图。
7、打印的施工日志没有填写记录人

Quality Management:
