安质部职责
1. 认真贯彻执行国家、上级和公司的有关质量法规、法令和质量管理制度，对项目部质检工作进行业务指导和管理工作。
2. 负责制定产品标识和过程检验状态标识方法并进行指导实施和落实。
3. 对项目部在建工程的过程检验试验和最终检验试验负监督检查责任，参加对竣工工程的质量体系工作，并负责复核竣工交验资料。
4. 参加工程重大不合格品的调查、分析会议。
5. 参加合同评审，并提出有关质量、安全控制措施。
6. 参加特殊工序（部位）和关键工序（部位）施工方案及新技术，新工艺、新材料、新产品开发应用的有关技术质量措施的研究制定。
7. 负责实施施工安全管理工作的指导、监督。
8. 定期组织安全检查和安全生产教育，并对违章作业及安全事故做出调查处理。
Department of Safety Quality responsibilities
1. Conscientiously implement the State, the higher and the quality of the company's regulations, decrees and quality management systems, quality control work on the project department operational guidance and management.
2. Responsible for developing product identification and inspection status of the process of identification methods and to guide the implementation and implementation.

7. Responsible for the implementation of construction safety management guidance and supervision.
8. Periodic safety inspections and safety organizations, education, and to make regulations on safety and accident investigation.
