1. 项目背景

在现代建筑工程中,钢筋混凝土结构得到了非常广泛的应用,钢筋作为一种特殊的建筑材料起着极其重要的作用。2002年我国建筑用钢材总量超过8900万吨,接近我国钢产量的一半,是我国冶金行业的最大用户,其中螺纹钢消费量占钢材总量的20%左右。但是建筑用钢筋规格形状复杂,钢厂生产的钢筋原料往往不能直接在工程上使用,一般需要根据建筑设计图纸要求经过一定工艺过程的加工。现行混凝土结构建筑工程施工主要分为三个部分:混凝土、钢筋和模板。商品混凝土配送和专业模板技术近几年发展很快,而钢筋加工部分发展很慢,钢筋加工生产远落后于另外两个部分,已经成为制约施工现代化程度提高的一个瓶颈。所以,提高建筑用钢筋的工厂化加工程度,实现钢筋的商品化专业配送,是建筑业的一个必然发展方向。

1. Project background
