项目经理岗位职责
1、全面主持项目经理部的各项工作台并有权作出与项目相关的各项决定。
2、全面负责本项目包括前期策划、组织和分析在内的全部管理工作,对项目的生产、采购运输、技术、进度、计划和统计、质量、安全、环保、项目成本控制、财务管理以及文明施工等方面负全责。
3、代表总公司履行与业主的合同,协调与业主、监理以及政府、相关部门的各种关系,协调与各供应商及承包商的关系。
4、协调与总公司各职能部门,项目各职能部门的接口关系。
5、按总公司要求建立项目质量管理体系与安全保证体系,编写并组织实施质量体系文件。
Project Manager Responsibilities
1, an overall charge of the project manager of the Department table and the right to project-related decisions.
2, fully responsible for the project, including pre-planning, organization and analysis of the entire management, including work on the project's production, purchase transportation, technology, progress, plans and statistics, quality, safety, environmental protection, project cost control, financial management, and civilization take full responsibility for construction and so on.
3, on behalf of head office to fulfill the contract with the owner to coordinate with the owners, supervision and the government, relevant departments of the various relationships, coordination, and the relationship between suppliers and contractors.
4, coordination, and head of various functional departments, project interface between the various functional departments.
5, according to head calls for project quality management system and safety assurance system, to prepare and implement quality system documents.
