综合办职责范围

1、 认真贯彻执行党的方针政策及上级的指示,积极有效的加强同经理部内外各方面的联系,及时准确地了解和掌握生产情况及管理方面的情况,并进行综合分析,整理成材料向公司有关部门报告。
2、 给经理部领导当好参谋,根据经理部领导指示,督促检查各部门对各项决议、条例、法规、命令及重要会议精神和指示的贯彻执行情况,处理好日常事务工作,对重要的事件或情况应立即向经理部主管领导汇报。
3、 认真做好各种会议的筹备工作,做好会议记录并及时整理形成经理部综合性的文件,对有关情况要及时向公司和甲方及监理通报。
4、 做好办公室日常事务工作。
5、 负责本办公室所有办公设施的管理、使用、维修和办公用品的购置、发放及办公文稿的送审、送批等。
6、 根据经理部党支部和经理办公精神,拟写各种文件及信息上报并向甲方及监理通报。
7、 建立健全各种规章制度,加强内部管理,搞好综合治理,杜绝各种刑事案件的发生,创造安全有序的工作环境,保证施工生产的顺利进行。
8、 搞好车辆管理,对小车进行有效的调度使用。
9、 掌握好行政印章的使用,保管好上级及甲方下发的文件,及时处理好文稿、信函,建好台帐,并做好保密工作。
10、 加大食堂等后勤管理力度,搞好职工生活,做好生产服务工作。
Comprehensive terms of reference do

1, conscientiously implement the Party's principles and policies and instructions from higher authorities, active and effective manager with the Department to strengthen all aspects of internal and external links, timely and accurate understanding and knowledge of production and management and to conduct a comprehensive analysis, compile materials to company organ.
2, leading to good staff management department, under the leadership of General Manager of instruction, supervision and inspection departments of the various resolutions, ordinances, regulations, orders and instructions and important Conference, the implementation of the situation, handle the daily affairs of importance events or circumstances should be immediately reported to the Manager of the Head.

8, improve traffic management, car use for effective scheduling.
9, mastering the use of administrative seal, keeping a good parent and the Party document issued promptly handle the presentations, letters, ledger built, and do security work.
10, increase the canteen and other logistics management, and improve the livelihood of employees, good manufacturing services.
