安全生产合同书

本着“安全第一，预防为主”的方针，把安全工作放在首位，特与各承包组签订生产合同，条款如下：
用工单位：太和二建陈广元项目部   （以下简称甲方）
招工班组： 班组              （以下简称乙方）
乙方应遵守甲方的各项管理规章制度和劳动纪律，具体要求如下：
1、 严格贯彻执行国家及有关省、市级对安全工作的法令、法规、政策。
2、 组织学习并向工人进行班前安全教育，并做好班前安全指令记录。
3、 杜绝死亡事故及重伤事故，消灭火灾和交通事故，减少轻伤事故，轻伤事故发生率控制在千分之三以内。
4、 在施工中现场中，严格执行文明施工条例不准在现场发生打架、酗酒、盗窃等现象，如发生上述问题，停止工作，并视情节轻重予以罚款处理。
