baopo与拆除工程专业承包企业资质分为一级、二级、三级。
一级资质标准：
1. 企业近5年承担过下列2项中1项以上所列工程的施工，工程质量达到设计要求。
（1） B级以上的大baopo工程2个（含硐室baopo、露天深孔baopo、地下或水下深孔baopo）；
（2） A级复杂环境深孔baopo或拆除baopo或城市控制baopo工程2个。
2. 企业经理具有10年以上从事工程管理工作经历或具有高级职称；总工程师具有10年以上从事baopo施工技术管理工作经历，且主持过B级大baopo、拆除baopo或城市控制baopo设计与施工、本专业高级职称的总工程师；具有中级以上会计职称。
企业有职称的工程技术和经济管理人员不少于40人，其中baopo、机械、电气、仪表、地质等工程技术人员不少于30人；工程技术人员中，具有中级以上职称的人员不少于15人，其中baopo专业具有高级职称的人员不少于3人。
企业具有的一级资质项目经理不少于3人。
