城市及道路照明工程专业承包企业资质等级标准

城市及道路照明工程专业承包企业资质分为一级、二级、三级。
一级资质标准：
1. 企业近5年承担过下列5项中的3项以上照明工程施工，工程质量合格。
（1） 10kV以上变电站、配电室（含电缆及线路）安装工程3座；
（2） 容量160kVA以上的变压器安装工程；
（3） 具有远程控制功能的照明工程；
（4） 具有2路以上电源且可自投自复的照明工程；
（5） 设备投资在30万元以上（不含土建及电缆、线路部分）的照明工程。
2. 企业经理具有8年以上从事工程管理工作经历或具有高级职称；总工程师具有8年以上从事工程施工技术管理工作经历并具有本专业高级职称；总会计师具有中级以上会计职称。
企业有职称的工程技术和经济管理人员不少于30人，其中工程技术人员不少于20人；工程技术人员中，具有中级以上职称的人员不少于10人。
企业具有的二级资质以上项目经理不少于4人。
3. 企业注册资本金800万元以上，企业净资产1000万元以上。
4. 企业近3年最高年工程结算收入1200万元以上。
5. 企业具有相应的施工机械及质量检测设备，并至少具有：
