钢筋单项工程承包施工合同

发包方（以下简称甲方）：工程公司项目经理部
承包方（以下简称乙方）：钢筋工程承包班组

　　甲方承建的钢筋单项工程，于一九九九年七月十日，由甲方发包给乙方采用包工方式进行施工。为了明确工程内容及双方责任，本着互相协助及分工负责等原则，根据本工程的情况，特商定如下条款，共同遵守执行：

    一、工程内容：

    按施工图纸中基础分部±0.000以下所有的钢筋加工制作和安装项目，包括各种予埋件、砼垫块、马凳筋的制安。设计变更工程量按实调整，现场不产生计时工，工完场清。其中：徐云根承包钢筋加工制作分项工程；朱云高承包钢筋安装绑扎分项工程。

二、承包造价：

以总钢筋设计含量计算，单价160.00元/吨（该承包单价已含乙方管理费及各类补贴费用在内）。其中:钢筋加工制作55.00元/吨；钢筋安装绑扎105.00元/吨。

Party construction of reinforced single project, on July 10, 1999, by the contract to Party B by way of construction contracting. In order to clarify both the content and responsibility of projects, mutual assistance and sharing of responsibilities in line with the principles of the case under this project, agree to the following terms, to abide by the implementation of:

    First, project content:

Second, contracting costs:

Calculation of the total content of steel design, unit price 160.00 yuan / ton (unit price included in the contract management fee and all kinds of subsidies B costs included). Of which: steel manufacture 55.00 yuan / ton; steel installation lashing 105.00 yuan / ton.
