单项工程施工协议书（范例）

甲方：
乙方（施工责任方）：

    甲方承建之xxxxxx，现委托乙方采取包工、料、机械、设备、安全生产及安全设施等大包干方式进行施工。为了明确工程内容及双方责任，特商定如下条款，共同遵守执行：

    一、工程内容

    按施工图纸设计方案各站点、区间交通设施或信号灯单项工程项目的工作内容，具体为： 站、 区间交通设施部分工程。

    二、方式
