地基与基础工程专业承包企业资质等级标准

地基与基础工程专业承包企业资质分为一级、二级、三级。
一级资质标准：
1. 企业近5年承担过下列5项中的3项以上所列工程的施工，工程质量合格。
（1） 25层以上房屋建筑或高度超过100米构筑物的地基与基础工程；
（2） 深度超过15米的软弱地基处理；
（3） 单桩承受荷载在6000kN以上的地基与基础工程；
（4） 深度超过11米的深大基坑围护及土石方工程；
（5） 单项工程造价500万元以上地基与基础工程2人或200万元以上地基与基础工程4个。
2. 企业经理具有10年以上从事工程管理工作经历或具有高级职称；总工程师具有10年以上从事地基与基础施工技术管理工作经历并具有相关专业高级职称；总会计师具有中级以上会计职称。
企业有职称的工程技术和经济管理人员不少于60人，其中工程技术人员不少于50人；工程技术人员中，地下、岩土、机械等专业人员不少于25人，具有中级以上职称的人员不少于20人。
企业具有的一级资质项目经理不少于6人。
3. 企业注册资本金1500万元以上，企业净资产1800万元以上。
4. 企业近3年最高年工程结算收入5000万元以上。
5. 企业具有专用施工设备20台以上和相应的运输、检测设备。
二级资质标准：
1. 企业近5年承担过下列4项中的2项以上所列工程的施工，工程质量合格。
（1） 12层以上房屋建筑或高度超过60米构筑物的地基与基础工程；
（2） 深度超过13米的软弱地基处理；
（3） 深度超过8米的深大基坑围护及土石方工程；
（4） 单项工程造价500万元以上地基与基础工程1人或200万元以上地基与基础工程2个。
