电磁辐射环境保护管理办法

第一章  总则
第一条  为加强电磁辐射环境保护工作的管理，有效地保护环境，保障公众健康，根据《中华人民共和国环境保护法》及有关规定，制定本办法。
第二条  本办法所称电磁辐射是指以电磁波形式通过空间传播的能量流，且限于非电离辐射，包括信息传递中的电磁波发射，工业、科学、医疗应用中的电磁辐射，高压送变电中产生的电磁辐射。
任何从事前款所列电磁辐射的活动，或进行伴有该电磁辐射的活动的单位和个人，都必须遵守本办法的规定。
第三条  县级以上人民政府环境保护行政主管部门对本辖区电磁辐射环境保护工作实施  统一监督管理。

Chapter I General Provisions
