总则
第一条 加强施工的标准化、程序化、制度化，符合公司管理要求，以适应公司工程建设的需要，特制定本规定。　
第二条 本规定适用于公司工程部所有员工以及施工队。
第三条 此规定由工程部与公司共同制定。
一、 申请进入本公司的施工队应填写《施工队申请录用表》。并遵守重庆淙正装饰有限公司的各项管理制度。如有违反公司将视情况轻重，对其进行批评教育、罚款及清退出公司。
二、项目管理
1、开工工程必须在甲方签订合同，交纳完预付工程款之后进行。
2、施工前，认真熟悉施工图纸、工程预算书及工程任务书，三日内准确无误地向材料采购部提出工程材料计划。
3、制定详细进度计划，报公司工程部审批，并严格按计划施工。
4、按合同工期交工。工程延期由工程部经理会同甲方分析原因并签工程延期单。

General
