海洋石油工程专业承包企业资质等级标准

海洋石油工程专业承包企业资质分为一级、二级。
一级资质标准：
1. 企业近5年承担过下列2项中的1项以上投资额超过8亿元的大型海洋石油工程，工程质量合格并达到国际有关标准。
（1） 海洋石油平台模块或导管架陆地预制及相关设备安装联接工程；
（2） 海上安装及铺设海底管线3米以上，总长度超过30公里的海洋石油或天然气海底管线工程。
2. 企业经理具有10年以上从事工程管理工作经历；总工程师具有10年以上从事海洋石油工程施工技术管理工作经历并具有本专业高级职称；总会计师具有高级会计职称。
企业有职称的工程技术和经济管理人员不少于80人，其中工程技术人员不少于50人；工程技术人员中，具有中级以上职称的人员不少于20人。
企业具有的一级资质项目经理不少于5人。
企业注册资本金6000万元以上，企业净资产7200万元以

Enterprises of a qualified project manager with not less than 5.
Registered capital of 60 million yuan more than 72 million yuan in net assets
