化工石油设备管道安装工程专业承包企业资质等级标准

石油化工设备管道安装工程专业承包企业资质分为一级、二级、三级。
一级资质标准：
1. 企业近5年承担过2项以上大型化工、石油、石油化工工程或单项合同额在3000万元以上主体装置的设备、管道安装工程，工程质量合格。
2. 企业经理具有10年以上从事工程管理工作经历或具有高级职称；总工程师具有10年以上从事施工技术管理工作经历并具有本专业高级职称；总会计师具有中级以上会计职称。
企业有职称的工程技术和经济管理人员不少于80人，其中工程技术人员不少于50人；工程技术人员中，具有高级职称的人员不少于10人，具有中级职称的人员不少于15人。
企业具有的一级资质项目经理不少于10人。
3. 企业注册资本金1000万元以上，企业净资产1200万元以上。
4. 企业近3年最高年工程结算收入5000万元以上。

3. Enterprises registered capital of more than 10 million yuan, more than 12 million yuan of net assets.
4. Business nearly three years, the highest annual income of 5,000 million yuan project settlement.
