技术管理规定

为了进一步提高技术管理水平和项目管理水平，让客户购买放心的、舒心的产品，参与工程的建设单位、承包单位、监理单位在遵守法律、法规和相关规定的前提下，遵守本规定。

一、 技术管理体系
1、 在工程合同签订后15天内，承包单位必须将项目的项目管理体系（包括技术、质量、安全、进度、材料、文明施工等）书面报建设、监理单位审查，根据建设、监理单位的审查意见，对项目技术管理体系进行必要的补充和完善。违反本条规定，罚款500～1000元。
2、 技术管理体系必须以承包单位总工程师为技术管理体系的第一责任人，整合公司的相关部门及项目技术管理部门，形成一个由承包单位总工程师统一领导的、自公司到项目的完整的体系。不应采
