建设工程可行性研究合同.doc

订立合同双方：
＿＿省＿＿县＿＿（单位），以下简称委托方；
＿＿省＿＿设计院，以下简称承包方。
经双方协商，由委托方委托承包方承担＿＿工程的可行性研究，特订立本合同。

　　第一条　委托方在合同签订之日起＿＿天以内，向承包方提供所有与研究工程有关的数据和资料，并对资料的准确性负责。

２．在合同期内，委托方进行与本工程有关的讨论、询价、对外谈判、调研考察等所得的信息资料，应及时提供给承包方，必要时可吸收承包方参加本工程可行性研究的人员参加。

　　第二条　承包方应在＿＿年＿＿月＿＿日以前，向委托方提交本合同工程的可行性报告，并对此承担责任，可行性报告内容应包括：
