一、工程概况
新世界花园商业回迁楼工程位于崇文区崇文门外大街西侧，工程于1999年11月开工，2000年11月结构封顶，2001年11月工程竣工，该楼结构工程被评为结构长城杯，单位工程质量评定为优良。
