交底内容   沥青洒布车作业
检查机械、洒布装置及防护、防火设备是否齐全有效。采用固定式喷灯向沥青箱的火管加热时，应先打开沥青箱上的烟囱口，并在液态沥青淹 没火管后方可点燃喷灯。加热喷灯的火焰过大或扩散蔓延时应立即关闭喷灯，待多余的燃油烧尽后再行使用。喷灯使用前，应先封闭吸油管及进料口，手提喷灯点燃后不得接近易燃品。满载沥青的洒布车应中速行驶。遇有弯道、下坡时应提前减速，尽量避免紧急制动，行驶时严禁使用加热系统。驾驶员与机上操作人员应密切配合，操作人员应注意自身的安全。作业时在喷洒沥青方向10m以内不得有人停留。
沥青洒布机作业
工作前应将洒布机车轮固定，检查高压胶管与喷油管联接是否牢固，油嘴和节门是否畅通，机件有无损坏，检查确认完好后，再将喷油管预热，安装喷头，结实在油箱内试喷后，方可正式喷洒。装载热沥青的油涌应坚固不得漏油，其装油量要低于桶口10cm，向洒布机油箱注油时，油桶要靠稳，在油箱口缓慢向下倒油，不得猛倒。喷洒沥青时，手握的喷油管部分应加缠旧麻袋或石棉绳等隔热材料，操作时，喷头严禁向上。喷头附近不得站人，不得逆风扣作。压油时，速度要均匀，海里突然加快，喷油中断时，应将喷头放在洒布机油箱内，固定好喷管，不得滑动。移动洒布机，油箱中的沥青不得过满。喷洒沥青时，如发现喷头堵塞或其他故障，应立即关闭阀门，等修理完好后再行作业。人工拌和作业应使用铁壶或长柄勺倒油，壶嘴或勺口不应提行过高，防止热油溅起伤人。
沥青混合料拌和设备作业应遵守下列规定：
（1） 作业前，热料提升斗、搅拌器及各种称斗内不得有存料；
（2） 配有湿式除尘系统的拌和设备其除尘系统的水泵应完好。并保证喷水量稳定且不中断。
（3） 卸料斗处于地下底坑时，应防止坑内积水淹没电器元件。
拌合机启动、停机，必须按规定程序进行。点火失效时，
