第一章  编制说明

第一节  编制目的  
本施工组织设计编制目的是为镜湖新区南四路建设工程Ⅱ标段工程投标阶段提供较为完整的纲领性文件，中标后，我们将在此基础上编制可操作的施工组织设计，以其用来指导工程施工与管理，确保优质、高效、安全文明地完成工程施工任务。 
第二节  编制说明   
1、绍兴市作为一个历史文化名城，又是一个著名的优秀旅游区，也是长江经济三角洲的一颗耀眼的明珠，不管在经济和文化上都有着自己深厚的基础和强劲的发展势头，各项基础设施已日臻完善。拟建的南四路作为绍兴大城市中袍江组团与城市绿心相连接的一条主要道路，它的建设必将对进一步完善城市路网框架，加强袍江组团与城市绿心联系，改善沿线居民的生活及出行条件，促进道路两侧地块升值有较大的作用，同时对推进绍兴城市划建设进程，促进大城市与镜湖新区的建设，改善城市环境，提高城市品位都将起到重要的作用。
