工程质量计划
标段全长693.607 m。分为地面道路、排水与高架桥三部分。高架桥为独柱或双柱单幅桥，
桥长为693.607m；地面道路为道路改造工程，即梅东路~空军医院区段拓宽至50m，沙
河涌桥亦相应扩宽；排水工程包括雨水管和污水管。

二、质量计划范围
本质量计划仅适用于内环路放射线黄埔大道二标段工程。
三、工程项目质量目标
推行全面质量管理，工程一次成优，创优良样板工程。工程质量达到：
1、分项工程合格率100%，优良率95%；
2、单位工程竣工质量优良；
3、创无质量通病工程，杜绝重大质量事故。
四、质量控制原则
1、坚持“百年大计，质量第一”的原则。
2、以人为本，把人作为控制的动力，调动人的积极性、创造性，增强空的责任感，树
