一、 材料准备
预应力筋(钢绞线、精轧螺纹钢筋或普通螺纹钢筋)、32.5级普通硅酸盐水泥、锚杆锚具 (QM、QVM锚具)。
二、 施工机具
钻孔机、拔管机、注浆泵、电动油泵、千斤顶、控制仪表等。
三、 作业条件
1、 施工地区的地质勘探资料,查明该地区的土层分布和各土层的物理力学特性,以便确定土层锚杆的布置和选择钻孔方法。
2、 了解地下水位及其变化情况、地下水的成分和含量,以便研究对土层锚杆的防腐处理。
3、 查明施工地区地下构筑物及地下管线的位置和情况,以便确定土层锚杆的方法。
4、 考虑土层锚杆施工对邻近建筑物或地域的影响,如果土层锚杆的长度超出建筑物红线时,要征得有关部门的同意或许可后方可进行施工。
5、 施工前要编制土层锚杆的施工方案,确定土层锚杆的施工顺序,安排好施工进度和劳动力组织,制定钻孔机械的进场、使用和保养维修
