项目作为施工企业组织的主要单元,是企业财力的源泉。这些源泉只有是取之不尽、用之不竭的,企业才能有积累,才可以扩大再生产,才能有更大的发展。近年来,由于建筑市场竞争日趋激烈、国家宏观调控力度加强、企业内部成本管理机制滞后于形势的发展,造成大部分施工企业项目经济效益不断下滑,影响并限制了企业的发展。对此,笔者认为应加强以下方面的工作。
 
一、将现代成本管理理论和经验运用于企业成本管理实际,提高施工项目成本管理层次。
 
没有先进的思想做指导,就没有先进的工作方法,也就不可能有良好的工作效果。传统的经营理念以及管理方式和手段已经滞后于市场经济发展的要求。
 
基于目前市场环境的特点,首先,应着重解决好施工管理人员成本管理的
